Hotel Information
3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Traditional Hotel The hotel is situated 5 kms from the city centre and is surrounded by 3 acres of tree-lined gardens in the Iffley Village, well-known for its historic Norman Church dating back to 12th century and the oldest loch in Oxford. The bedrooms are medium in size and are in good decorative order. They are all fitted with a colour television, radio, hair dryer, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities and telephone. The restaurant is a beautiful spacious conservatory arranged around a fountain patio garden. It is decorated in creams and white giving it a light and airy feel. There are bright, contemporary paintings on the wall and tall palm trees in between the tables. The restaurant serves the best modern English cuisine- light and fresh in summer, rich and robust in winter. The imposing white house, set in 3 acres of mature gardens is the ideal location to escape from the city centre. The lobby is medium in size, it offers a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
